Support
Host support — Greek and English
Most hosts will never speak to anyone here except you.
What this is.
Shushko is software for short-term rental hosts — booking websites, synced calendars and compliance tracking. Hosts connect their platforms once, publish a site of their own, and Shushko keeps the calendars synced and the deadlines in view.
Your day is mostly live chat and email, often with several hosts at once, and usually while something is going wrong at their end. You would answer them, and then fix the reason they had to write at all.
What you would work on.
Most of it is answering hosts. The rest is making sure they need to ask less.
- Live chat and email in Greek, Bulgarian and English — and in other languages with translation
- Helping hosts connect Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and get their first site published
- Walking hosts through compliance deadlines and what they have to report
- Setup calls with new hosts on Pro and Business
- Writing the help articles so the same question does not come twice
- Telling us what to fix, and checking that we fixed it
What we look for.
- You have supported real customers, not just closed tickets
- You write clearly in Greek and English. Bulgarian is a plus.
- You are comfortable answering a host in a language you do not speak, with AI and translation to help
- You can explain something technical to someone who is not
- You stay calm when a host is not
- You would rather fix the cause than answer the same question twice
How we hire.
A week from your first message to a decision. The task at step four is a support scenario — two hours, live, with no homework. The full process is on the careers page.
