Shushko started with our own rentals. Everything in it is used on them before it reaches you.
We are hosts too.
Renting out a property looks simple from the outside. You list it, guests arrive, money comes in. Then someone calls, or sends a message, and books with you directly. Now that booking lives in your phone — the name, the dates, the price you agreed, how many people, what they asked for. And the dates still have to be blocked by hand, before someone else takes the same nights.
The big platforms have no reason to help you take bookings without them. The software that does help is usually built for agencies with staff, and priced that way — while your own deadlines are left out of the picture.
Shushko started with our own two rentals in Greece. Mihael, our founder, has spent 20 years in tech and manages short-term rentals himself. So he built a booking website for his own properties. Then friends with properties asked him to build one for them too. They could not do it on their own. So he built Shushko — one place for the bookings, the money, the dates and the deadlines. Every new feature is used on our own properties before it reaches you.
We charge a fixed price for Shushko. We earn more when you add a property, not when you take more bookings.
Local knowledge
We learn the local rules before we enter a market.
A villa by the sea, a city apartment and a mountain cabin do not attract the same guests. Their rules and deadlines can be different too. Before we support a location, we learn what hosts there need to track and what information they need to keep.

We start with the smallest host.
Shushko is designed first for people who manage their own short-term rentals alongside everything else. Nothing assumes you have staff or a property-management team. If you grow, Shushko grows with you without becoming harder to use.
