Compliance tracking

Know what is due, and when.

Shushko keeps track of what you must report and when each thing is due, so you can send it on time.

Guest details

One link, and the guest fills it in.

Send a link and the guest enters their own details — name, nationality, document number, whatever else is required. It works for bookings from any platform, and from your own website.

What is due

One list for every deadline.

Every declaration for every property, with the date it is due and whether it is done. Shushko reminds you before the date, and marks anything overdue.

When you send it

The details are ready and waiting.

Open the task and the details are already there, ready to copy into the form. Shushko shows which bookings are still missing something, while the guest is still easy to reach.

The rest of the paperwork.

Small things that are easy to forget.

Registration number

Tell Shushko where the property is. The rules follow from that.

Tourist tax

Set the rate once. It is then added to the guest’s price and to the booking.

Proof it was done

Every task keeps the date you marked it done, so you can answer questions later.

In every plan

Included in every plan and for every property. There is nothing extra to buy.

Set up in three steps.

You add your property once. Steps two and three repeat for every booking.

Add your property

Tell Shushko where the property is. The rules follow from the country.

Send the guest a link

Send it when the booking is made and the guest fills in their own details.

Send it and mark it done

When you have sent the declaration, mark the task done and the date is kept.

From a host

“The compliance part is why I switched. I was keeping dates in a notebook and still missed two declarations last year. Now I get a warning before the deadline instead of after.”

Questions about compliance.

Does Shushko send my declarations for me?

No. You send them yourself. Shushko keeps the list, the dates and the guest details ready, and never sends anything to the authorities.

Where does this work?

Greece today, with the rules that apply where each property is. We add a new place only once we know its rules properly.

Does this cover my tax?

No. This is about the rules for short-term rentals — what must be declared, when, and what data goes with it. Income tax and VAT are not part of it.

What happens if something is late?

The responsibility stays with you. Shushko shows every date and marks anything overdue, so you can act early. It does not send anything, so it cannot fix a missed date.

Is this legal advice?

No. Shushko is not a lawyer or a tax adviser. We track the rules as we understand them and show you the dates. You remain responsible for what you send, and for what appears on your listings.

More questions about how Shushko works are on our FAQ page.
