When do I pay?
When you go live — when any part of Shushko starts working for you: your site, your calendars, compliance tracking or your first booking. Everything before that is free. You have 7 days to set it all up. If you need more time, ask us and we will give you 14. Every plan includes a full refund within 14 days of going live.
What is the free setup call?
A video call with us, on any plan. We share screens and help you add your property, publish your website and connect your calendars.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a fixed price for Shushko and nothing per booking, whatever that booking is worth. What a guest pays you is yours. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and we never hold your money.
What does it cost to add a property?
You can add properties at any time — up to 2 on Starter, up to 10 on Pro, and with no limit on Business. Use the property picker at the top of this page to see the price for the number you have. Once you are live, a new property is charged from the day you add it and is included in your subscription from then on.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Move up and the new features are available right away. Move down and you keep what you have until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes to both. Within 14 days of going live, ask us and we will refund you in full. After that you can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel, and when you do, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. If you have a VAT number, you can enter it at checkout. You will see the full amount before you pay and receive an invoice for every payment.
