Does Shushko hold my money?
No. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Bank transfers and cash come directly to you. Shushko never holds your money.
Do I need Stripe?
Only if you want to take card payments. Your Stripe account is set up in your name and receives the money directly. You can accept bank transfers and cash without Stripe.
Can I take cash or bank transfer?
Yes. You can offer card, bank transfer or cash, or any combination of them. You choose which payment options guests see when they book.
What about Airbnb and Booking.com payments?
Nothing changes. Payments for bookings made there stay there. Your Shushko payment settings apply only to direct bookings.

When does the money reach my bank?
Card payments reach your Stripe account when the guest pays, and Stripe sends payouts to your bank on its schedule. The first payout can take longer. Bank transfers and cash come directly to you.
Where are card details kept?
With Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by Shushko.
When does my subscription start?
When you go live — when any part of Shushko starts working for you: your site, your calendars, compliance tracking or your first booking. Everything before that is free. You have 7 days to set everything up. If you need more time, ask us and we will give you 14. Every plan includes a full refund within 14 days of going live.
