What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, Athens and Sofia time. You can write at any time. Outside those hours we reply on the next working day.
Can I get help in my language?
We write in English, Greek and Bulgarian. Calls are in English or Bulgarian, so if you prefer Greek, write to us.
Do you have a phone number?
No. Book a call instead and we will talk at a time you choose. For most questions, writing is faster.
I am already a host. Where do I get help?
