What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged. We never ask for a card to start a trial, so after 14 days your site goes offline until you choose a plan. Your data is kept for 6 months, and everything comes back when you subscribe.
What is the free setup call?
A video call with us, on any plan. We share screens and show you how to set up your property, publish your website and connect your calendars.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a fixed price for Shushko and nothing per booking, whatever that booking is worth. What a guest pays you is yours. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and we never hold your money.
What does it cost to add a property?
You can add properties at any time, up to 2 on Starter and with no limit from Pro. The price for each extra property is shown on your plan above. You are charged from the day you add it, and after that it is part of your subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Move up and the new features are available right away. Move down and you keep what you have until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum term — when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added at checkout, at the rate for your country. If you have a VAT number, you can add it there. The checkout shows the full amount before you pay, and you get an invoice for every payment.
